Who we share your data with
RandomMomentania has no plans to sell or give out your data to any third parties.
In the extremely unlikely case this changes, there will be a blog post at least one week in advance to notify everyone of the change. Emails will be sent to all registered users notifying them of the change, at least one week in advance.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Additional information
How we protect your data
RandomMomentania is protected from viruses, hackers and malware by InMotion Hosting. RandomMomentania is actively scanned and protected, to ensure the highest level of security we can.
What data breach procedures we have in place
If there is a data breach, we will send everyone a email as soon as we know about it, about what data we think was stolen/accessed, and will take measures to ensure it does not happen again.
To best ensure a potential data breach does not harm you, please make sure to:
- Use a password unique to RandomMomentania.com. By not using a password you have used before, you greatly increase the chance of a data breach not effecting your other media accounts. One easy way to do this is by using a password management program, and using a randomly generated password.
- Do not share any personal information. If you do not share any personal information beyond the required information for your user profile. This reduces the chance of a data breach effecting you if there is a data breach in the future.
- In the case there is a data breach, change your information on all media accounts, especially the important ones (for example, a bank account). This makes it where if there is a data breach, the information gathered is much less useful to whoever has breached RandomMomentania.com
While we will do our very best to ensure this never happens, and we have InMotion to help prevent data breaches from happening, it is possible there could be a data breach in the future, as no security system is perfect.
Please do not leave/share any sensitive information on the accounts you have created on RandomMomentania! Thanks!
What third parties we receive data from

On top of that, there is spam checking, which monitors the site for spam and spam like actions.
